      Pros

      If you are hard working and will push to further yourself this is a great company. PPG wants driven individuals to on their own push to do better for themselves. PPG is a company based on old values of time put in and hard work will further your career.

      Cons

      Do not expect to move up the chain by doing your daily routine. Pay is subpar to other companies on a middle management level.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
