      Decent company. Needs more innovation. - Retail Sales Associate PPG Employee Review

      Pros

      - 3 Weeks PTO to start. - Job wasn't too difficult.(mindless at times) - Only open until 5pm. - Only open until 12pm Saturdays. - Great products.

      Cons

      - Lack of leadership. - System constantly not functioning. - No innovation. No social media. No TV adverts. etc. - Wrong people in the wrong positions in Operation/Supervisor/Manager roles. - Higher ups expect numbers, but they don't give you the tools to get there. - Promises are not kept. Operations will tell you nice things and promise raises and advancements and just won't deliver on any. (even though we had "amazing numbers" last year,)

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
