      Pros

      Driven to grow organically (internal growth vs acquisition) and provides good work life balance. They try to implement a forward thinking culture focused on quality and etc.. sometimes there is even some success

      Cons

      Cumbersome bureaucracy, high turnover, and employee resistance to change slow everything down.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
