      Pros

      Management is very open to communication. Work from home flexibility. Get your work done on time and under budget and no one will bother you, if that looks like it won't happen, just be honest and open up front and there will be minimal fallout. Flexibility to implement new technology as long as you follow internal process.

      Cons

      Old school mentality and approach (but it's beginning to change). PMO can be difficult to deal with at times regarding IT projects.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
