      Great product line Good Policies and Basic business structure. Regular store audits to insure business practices stay on track

      Cons

      Poor decision making at executive level. Accountability falls entirely at store operational level with no other repercussions to employees outside of store level. Basic business metrics not met or even recognized, Just gross sales

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
