      Pros

      PPG is a great company. Staff is very friendly and upper management is very intelligent. You can also do several different things under PPG. You can stay with the company and do marketing, auditing, sales, HR, and many other departments all while staying with PPG. You also need to be flexible to relocate in order to receive promotions and different opportunities.

      Cons

      Working with rude customers is a thing in the paint industry and you can get stuck in a position for a while before moving up the ladder.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
