      Pros

      No pro's now the company have taken all the benefits which we enjoyed under previous employers , our final salary was the first thing we lost then 2% attendance bonus along with our profit share

      Large corporation no thought about how the the company became a large player in the paint market, little thought about the company culture, really poor top mananagement which filters through the structure ,

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
