The pricing industry is wide open with opportunity. PROS is the largest pricing software company out there and a relatively easy place to start your career in this upcoming industry. If you are considering a move to PROS, negotiate hard on the salary.
Cons
Pay is not as competitive as other companies in the same space. Career development and matching jobs to skills is not a priority. After one employee was let go, employees were told that there is a lot of available talent on the market and that the company is taking the opportunity to "upgrade" the workforce. Even though the founder of the company still comes in every week, the company lacks a "soul" or any type of heritage that employees can rally around. The previous review about the CEO berating people is spot on.
