      No nights, no weekends, built in clientele

      Cons

      They claim that you will receive at minimum $14 an hour. The truth is that you only receive commission plus tips. So if you only have one $30 haircut you are walking away with only $15 and have to be there for a minimum of 4hrs a day. That's definitely not minimum wage

      No evenings or weekends. Great environment to work in. Support from upper management and values the employees.

      No paid holidays or vacation days.

      They're are really no pros. The whole process took weeks

      Bad pay, Bad hours Bad locations Lack of leadership Lack of responsibility Was exactly harassed and nothing done about it
