      Good company to work for. Supervisor is great and the team oriented environment is as well. company trust their employees to get the job done safely without breathing down their necks.

      Cons

      Wish there were better benefits and more PTO for incoming new hires.

      Flexible vacation use, and decent pay for the amount of work you do at the site.

      Cons

      Low amount of vacation time until you reach 15years of company service. 401k only matches up to 4% with a 5years vestment time to get 100%.
