      Very competitive pay with good benefits. Some growth if you work hard. Ample amount of time off, as you work shift work.

      Cons

      Growth usually limited to Leadman position, management roles are scarce. Switching days and nights can be tough. Improvement ideas mostly fall on deaf ears.

      Flexible vacation use, and decent pay for the amount of work you do at the site.

      Cons

      Low amount of vacation time until you reach 15years of company service. 401k only matches up to 4% with a 5years vestment time to get 100%.
