Pros
Loved the dudes i worked with! the work itself was simple and little to no stress even from the parent company…learned a lot and have more memories but watch what you do and say and around the people your working with…every yard has 1 or 2 snakes!
Cons
upper management didn’t earn their positions! the buddy system…is alive and well within this place n they wonder why people leave? instead of standing by the team you’re on the chopping block at the sight of a speed bump! even after putting in 7yrs. without even the slightest issue!
