Pros
High salaries and large bonuses. Willing to provide training to entry level employees that meet ANSI requirements. That's about it for the pros.
Cons
Confused leadership, most of which have been promoted beyond their ability. Non-union employees often work long hours without compensation. Training staff is often belittling to new employees. Constant struggles between union and management. High turnover rate for management. HR is completely incompetent. It took over a year to get my pay issues corrected. HR is also extremely racist. If you aren't black, they probably can't help you. V.P. comes down a few times a year to tell you that the company is about to shutdown the nuclear side.
