Pros
The pay was decent, good people to work with, good benefits, bonuses were available to earn, supervisors could earn overtime.
Cons
Long hours, non-paid professional time for exempt employees, only fixed what was absolutely necessary for the plant to run, poor technical references, they expected teams to perform function of much larger groups ( undermanned). Poorly managed overall.
