      Good benefits, great people, good overall company with good culture and values. Great corporate steward.

      Slow progression, lacks accountability and performance management for poor performers, inequitable payment for employees (based on time with company not what is offered in terms of work product and input)

      The Managers and HR take a good time reviewing the profile of a person to be a good fit with the teams. This helps to ensure a positive work culture with clear expectations.
