Pros
Good pay, generous vacation time, flexible work schedules available in some departments. The company has both a decent 401k and a good pension plan.
Cons
The health benefits could be better for a large company, premiums are high for sub par plans. The company is not forward thinking. If you continue to do what you’ve done that’s not smart business. Management is stuck in their ways and they don’t value the opinions of their employees. When employees don’t feel valued or heard they leave. There are different set of rules and processes for different leaders. This company is hard to get into and when you get there it’s definitely not what you thought it was. There are many employees with long tenure which is good, but because of this fact, this company is better as a stepping stone for a younger workforce.
