The corporate culture is one of arrogance and cruelty. There is a severe lack of integrity and honesty amoung several of the managers. Favoritism and nepotism is rampant, and takes preference over merit. Internal compliance investigations have a standard of proof that tends to allow severe violations of the core standards of integrity. Retribution for reporting concerns if not done anonymously is unchecked and the consequences on the employee's career can be tramatic.
