      The people on the local level were outstanding to work around. They all were helpful, friendly, and would do anything I asked.

      Cons

      Working in CT for a company based in NJ caused our local associates to be treated with disdain by personnel from the main location.

      The Managers and HR take a good time reviewing the profile of a person to be a good fit with the teams. This helps to ensure a positive work culture with clear expectations.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy can be tough, especially if you don't know the org chart and the people.
