Too much testing - Sr. Electrical Engineer PSEG Employee Review

They are always hiring engineers. Always having to test. If you fail a test (less than an 80%), you get written up. Fail twice and you're fired. There is no consideration for older people with experience or for people who struggle with tests. Very draconian system.
