Very little in the "pro" section here. Big company with good benefits is about it.
Cons
I have never worked for a company that is more distrusting of its channel partners and employees. The micro-management level here is off the charts. Management is mediocre at best right from middle to top. Employee turnover is high because of the distrust and micro-management. I have been here for a short time and am currently looking for another opportunity.
