Pros
good salary, its a good place to work if you want to use it as a pit stop in your career to increase your salary. Work from home is the best part. Good and friendly people. Employee friendly policies. Hefty shift allowances.
Cons
Nothing much to learn technology wise. Too damn focused on IOT and not paying attention to other business lines. Only a few products are a hit in the market. mismanagement of technical skills of the emloyees
