Pros
Location is awesome, the people are so friendly and inclusive. The employees are all very smart. They really push employee development and training. There are many opportunities for growth.
Cons
The software Hockeystick where sales and ops need to work extraordinary hours at the end of each quarter. They have some managers that stick around too long, but it seems they are starting to weed them out now. I've seen a lot of management turnover, more than other companies.
