Not much opportunity for growth, okay benefits, good people dropping like flies - Anonymous employee PTC Employee Review

Management hasn't seemed to take a hint with the number of people that have left within the last year. The work-life balance has gone downhill significantly and merit raises were pushed back 6 months this year. People are doing more work for less pay. Multiple have been told by management that if they aren't happy they should leave.
