My coworkers were a great bunch, and probably the only reason I stayed as long as I did. The benefits were standard for this type of job, but probably better than the average US worker
Cons
Inept mid level management A vice president of XYZ dept for every day of the week. Having no less than 5 different managers in 8 years due to high turnover Constant company wide freezes on raises No clear cut milestones for advancement Meetings about meetings Constant changes of direction and operating procedures with no benefit. Truly the blind leading the blind
