One of the best companies I ever worked for as the culture was amazing and employees were happy.

Company had financial problems so there was layoffs.

While there have been changes throughout my many years here, particularly in the past 3 years, there has always been a dedication to developing and bringing drugs to patients with unmet needs. Working here I have always believed that my day to day work can lead to a genuine impact on patients' lives in the future. It is also, for the most part, a pretty relaxed work environment, and the benefits are quite solid.

It can be challenging to find upward mobility within the research side of the company, the company seems to fall behind the times in pay structures, and there's little to no reward for loyalty.
