Working at PURE has been a dream come true. PURE is growing at a meteoric rate which although exciting, requires a tremendous amount of flexibility from every individual in every department. The creativity and strong work ethic necessary to be successful at your job to ensure the consistent growth of the company is a priority for all parties. However, although there is a great deal of constant change, one thing that has not changed since I began working at PURE is the company's focus on its employees. PURE is obsessed with getting better and providing the best possible experience to our members (insureds) - the great news is that obsession applies to its employees. I really feel like my coworkers in every department are extended family. The benefits of working at PURE are countless, and I always find it difficult not to brag to friends that work in other companies.
Cons
I can not think of a single con working at PURE. When concerns arise, this company is incredibly accommodating in alleviating any issues and is consistently looking for ways to enhance the working environment. It is clear that PURE values its employees, the work culture, and professional development.
