Pros
learn the essentials and basic etiquette having to do with suit pairing. how to tie a tie/bow. how to fold clothing along side cramping clothes upon clothes. the hours are there unless (see con).
Cons
Poor Management, no real sales directive unless monthly visits from corporate are expected. Often, the store is sloppy before morning shifts and then during daytime or "busy' hours, it's all packed as go-backs and forced upon a lesser hourly employee. often you are on call.
