We’re glad that you were happy with the freedom and autonomy that we provide to our employees to own their respective areas of our business (no one likes to be micro-managed) during your time at Pabst. It’s one of the attributes that we feel sets us apart from the competition. We also appreciate your feedback about changing priorities. We pride ourselves on being a company that‘s nimble and can pivot quickly to respond to market demands. We have a LOT of great things happening in the company and know this can be challenging.
