      Pros

      Pay check, decent benefits free to run wild under weak mgmt.

      Cons

      Weak mgmt including senior managers. CSO is weak and clueless in today's market. Probably could sell early in his career, but has weak mgmt skills, promotes losers that have no shot at pushing it threatens g him. Every sales person sees the weaknesses, and they talk about it all day. But would never let mgmt know. Everyone knows how weak and bad the sales mgmt team is, and nothing will be done. If someone would wake ul, fire the sales mgmt team, bring in someone with experience and reapect.....Pace would jump to #1.

      Pros

      Pace had an amazing work environment, the amenities available to employees were far beyond what was necessary for the job. Everyone was extremely friendly and worked well together when group work and collaboration was necessary. Truthfully I was looking forward to working every day being a part of this company! This job helped me realize my passion and helped me decide to attend college for environmental science.

      Cons

      I personally have nothing negative to say other than the location is quite out of the way for most of the people who worked there. I didn't mind the commute but it was a common topic spoken about in the workplace.

      Pros

      You get your foot in the door for well known companies and get a feel for the culture.

      Cons

      They have a very poor work culture. Everyone is constantly gossiping even if what they say is not true. If specific people at the company do not like you, allegedly you may not last long. Also they pay well under market value. You are worth more.
