1. Here employees treated as a labour
2. They hold salaries of employs
3. IF any employees suggest about salaries dates are getting delay they are fired the next day wit out notice period .
4. Pace solutions need money from employees not to pay the salaries for their luxury things.
5. Finally without job we can live for 3 to 4 months peace fully instead of working here.
6. I don’t know this process is in India US Staffing only even in US also same
7. Management should change their attitude to sustain long term employees in org .
8. Dear friends this is my suggestion to all US IT Recruiters or Bench sales kindly don’t join this company for carrier growth u will think its even salaries not yet time till there career
9. Last point thanks to management releasing me so soon now getting relaxed in my things
