Pay was "Ok" and the benefits were only given to you if you were in upper management. Lots of great work and management experience.

Cons

Very few opportunities to grow and you worked in a very hot and humid environment.

In my years of experience, this is the worst place to work due to extreme favoritism and retaliation. Unprofessional work environment that management and corporate do not put in any effort to correct. My department has been turned over multiple times due to the mistreatment, but individuals are punished for reporting anything and lose their jobs. Would never recommend anyone to apply.
