Pros

Benefits are great. Some of the best benefits I have ever got at a company. The upper management cares about their employees and there is a great support network of departments to help for almost every problem you may encounter.

Cons

Working off shifts. But it's something they have to do to fulfil the amount of work orders they get to run 24 hours depending on the time of year. But, still not bad if you don't mind shift work.

Cons

In my years of experience, this is the worst place to work due to extreme favoritism and retaliation. Unprofessional work environment that management and corporate do not put in any effort to correct. My department has been turned over multiple times due to the mistreatment, but individuals are punished for reporting anything and lose their jobs. Would never recommend anyone to apply.
