The company has been in operation for 50+ years with long time employees (not a con) it means sometimes the perspective is dated

There are no pros for this employer.

In my years of experience, this is the worst place to work due to extreme favoritism and retaliation. Unprofessional work environment that management and corporate do not put in any effort to correct. My department has been turned over multiple times due to the mistreatment, but individuals are punished for reporting anything and lose their jobs. Would never recommend anyone to apply.
