Pros

They encouraged consistent learning. Lots of cross-training and enhancing knowledge through education. I learned alot of the jobs within the company, giving me more value in the workforce.

Cons

Salaries were adequate, but no benefits.

Pros

Small business atmosphere. Most of the employees were friendly. Easy to get to. Educational/vocational programs are solid.

Cons

Limited to non existent professional development or opportunities. No financial gain or increase - it was always manana when it came to that.. Absolutely NO benefits - no health, sick or vacation time.
