The working hours are rigid

They used to have flexibility with working remote (even pre-COVID) and schedules were not extremely rigid.

-Upper leadership has no idea what they are doing and does not care about any of their employees. They actively demean and undermine their hardest workers -All flexibility is going away -Salaries are below average and they seek any opportunities to avoid paying employees -Payroll has issues constantly. They are issuing paper checks because their payroll department (1 person) is wildly inept. -They are trying to sell the school and have refused to invest any money whatsoever for the past 2 years. -Benefits are minimal
