Pros

From the owner on down to the manager's, the company really does try to do what is right for the employees. They recently got a 401k with a company match, which is very unique in the landscaping industry. Pay for field crews is is in the top 50% regionally.

Cons

Pay for admin staff should be analyzed better. Bonuses for Admin staff are nowhere near those for field crews.

If the owner likes you, you're golden.

Cons

One company value is integrity (see website), which the company defines as doing the right thing even when no one is looking. In my experience, the company does some fundamental things incorrectly (and illegally), knows that they are doing them incorrectly, and continues to do so.
