Good benefits comparable with most Fortune500 Companies. Follow all bank Holidays and the day before most of the time get half day off. Gives you time off for employees to pursue series 6 license.
Cons
No advancement opportunities, managers stay there and don't move. Little management training, non management staff found it hard to request vacation days off during peek holiday season. Job very repetitive, soon Artificial Intelligence and technology will take over. I was getting more grief and feedback on my minor grammar errors of my employee annual salary reviews rather than helping focus on more important things like employee career delvelopment assignments, looking at strategies to increase ROI. If you want a career where you follow and adhere to tasks with little career advancement with decent benefits this is a place for you. I quit and make 2x as much now.
