Pros
They have a corporate culture of respect and everyone interacting with each other. You will have no fear saying hi to a VP or SVP in the elevator. Even the Executive Vice President will say hi to employees when you see them outside work at restaurants in Aliso Viejo.
Cons
The company moves slow in everything they do. There are issues in management. There are some socially inept managers who really can't effectively manage people. They are given supervisor/director/vice president job titles in order to pay them a high salary because they have a master's degree and/or a professional designation then they have workers report directly to them because they have a management job title. The problem is no one ever really asks is this person actually truly capable of getting the best they can out of their workers and effectively deal with people if we hire them into a management role.
