Pros
Nobody I know seems to be working crazy hours. The culture here is nice. Leadership is not passive aggressive or blame shifting. You are incentivized to outperform because pay and bonuses are good. Could go make more money somewhere else, but not worth the loss of an excellent work life balance here at PL.
Cons
Alot of the factors that comprise our bonuses seem to be outside of our control. For example, return on expenses, cap rates and claims - not something we can necessarily directly control. Senior management makes alot of top down decisions before figuring out the impact to bottom line.
