Pros
If you're the kind of person that wants everything laid out for you and to come in, do your job, go home ... it's a great place to work. There are many, many happy employees at Pac Life.
Cons
The company is run by accountants, so everything is by the numbers. There is little room for innovation. You alone are not going to move a company that is a century old and 2000 people strong, so if you've got big ideas and need to see actions taken on them to feel appreciated, it might not work out for you.
