Micromanagement- upper management should learn how to process or spend a couple days in regular employees shoes to learn how a day to day goes in the job. All management does is sit in meetings and plot behind employees backs making decisions that ultimately make their jobs harder or even laying them off to outsource jobs. Then they set limitations on how many people can be off in a day. This is the reason I left this company. Too many secrets, regular employees are doing trainings, and too many people making decisions that shouldn’t be. Nice benefits but you can’t even take the time off you need. Working in new business will take a huge toll on your mental stability
