To support flexibility, we’ve introduced a return-to-office schedule that blends in-person collaboration with remote work—most employees spend the better part of the week in the office and a day working remotely. The idea is to create more opportunities for spontaneous connection and faster decision-making, while still allowing space for focused individual work.
