Relaxed Environment and nice coworkers trying to protect the people of the Meadville Medical Center. Close family of workers always helping each other.

Cons

Low salary for security work and no benefits. No room for advancement and little respect from management. Lack of proper equipment.

I was at the behest of working for a fascist minded individual. He was great for demeaning people, and condescending. You were on thin ice for no reason. He was just looking for an excuse to make you look bad and get your removed from the site.
