      The company provides very good learning opportunities. Work life balance is excellent. The company cares a lot for all of its employees. Senior leaders are very down to earth. Your ideas are heard and valued. Very good culture.

      Sales Reps under lot of pressure. But that's okay.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
