      Low pay, poor management, lots of favoritism,no advancement for growth.paying paying temp services more money for people than the people that have been there for awhile.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
