      Great to work under the Danaher umbrella. Pall has a lot of very talented people.

      Leadership expectations are not always clear. Not enough transparency from leadership during change which only makes people more concerned.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
