Cons
The management has become increasingly disconnected from the employees. Structural changes happen frequently with little transparency, and there’s minimal regard for long-term team members who’ve consistently contributed. The culture has shifted toward being transactional — hiring and laying off people within months, often without clear reasoning or communication. There’s very little support or mentorship for career growth. Despite working hard and going above and beyond in my role, there was no clear path to move up, and feedback or concerns were often brushed aside with vague responses like “we’ll see.” To make things worse, the pay structure changed to a performance-based model that heavily depends on your manager’s discretion — and unfortunately, many managers lack the willingness or capacity to advocate for their team members. This shift made compensation inconsistent and unfair, especially when your hard work isn't recognized or rewarded.
