Not the fault of the organization, but it’s hard having to constantly defend the organization against misconceptions.

Met some amazing and brilliant colleagues.

Only certain people promote. No empathy No concern during times of inclement weather or holidays. Pay/raise is a complete joke. Benefits are expensive. No mobility. Inept management. Classist. Racist. Unfair. No equality. Rules do not apply to everyone. Zero accountability. Zero qualified leadership. No empathy in times of losing lived ones. Certain employees are excluded from certain celebratory activities. Certain employess are excluded from perks
