-High level of micromanagement: you're not allowed to move a finger without your boss' permission. You basically feel untrusted because all your thoughts and ideas are questioned in a negative manner. -Poor work/life balance: there is no respect for days off. You're asked to constantly check the email while on vacation days. -Difficult to develop or find a career path within the organization. -Miscommunication and lack of transparency at all levels: you never know what is actually happening. Despite constantly achieving good results, It never feels like people want to celebrate.
