Business Outlook
Pros
Most teams are genuinely supportive and collaborative. Great experience to put on resume, especially for those just starting out in their career Only 2 days required in office (although frequently can be more due to business circumstances)
Cons
Zero work-life balance for certain teams. Feels like we are expected to put the business before all else in life. Extremely heavy workload. There is frequent overtime, sometimes almost every day and on weekends/holidays/PTO, especially for those who are salaried and therefore exempt from OT pay Promotions are based on seniority, not on actual responsibilities and achievements. New hires are no longer properly trained, but instead expected to know everything right out of the gate.
